VxVM VEA GUI- Is this free for a PC client?

Is the VxVM VEA gui free or licensed?
From what I can remember it's free, but this was around 4-5 years ago.

Where can I download the VEA gui from?

VEA GUI is free..

Please download the latest VEA package from our ftp site:

# ftp ftp.veritas.com
loing: anonymous
password: your email

ftp> bin
ftp> cd /pub/products
ftp> get VRTSobgui.msi.4.1.sol.gz
ftp> exit

I've just installed this package on my XP and I was able to connect to both HP 11.11 and 11.23 systems.

can ftp from cmd prompt but not by pasting the ftp site into the exlporer address bar.

my mistake, this does not work
I get permission denied.
