to the shutdown the machine I lose all disc group and the volumes imported in precedence. as I can make in order to make that veritas the face in way automatic rifle?

What OS level are you running, and have you checked for patches using the custom patch manager?
Are you shutting the server down gracefully?
Are your mounts in /etc/fstab?

Tried vxdctl init and vxdctl enable.
Chekc using vxdisk list see if the disk online and do a vxprint to see if the disk group are there.
If it works, it probably needs a patch, as a workaround you can put the 2 commands in a rc scripts so that it enable the disks
