WAN connectivity issue

Hi,

customer is having 2 VPN providers ( VSNL & SIFY )

Both are connected & configured in HP-UX box.

There are clients accessing SIFY connection & some are accessing VSNL through this HPUX box.

The issue is whenever the VSNL connection goes down, the SIFY connected clients are also losing the VPN connectivity.

Please advice.

i would say log a case with SIFY tech support. They will be able to say if there is a depenedency from them with VSNL.

when ever the VSNL connection goes down, did u confirm if there is a real problem with VSNL?

Or some thing else is wrong locally which ic causing the trouble.It might be like the VSNL users comes to you first with complaints..
