warning on make_tape_recovery

Hi,
It seems as some (temporary) files has been deleted when make_tape_recovery was running.

Similar to when fbackup encounters the fact that it had included a file to be backed up,but while running, the file is removed.
Normally happens with VERY temporary files, should be no problem for you.
