ERROR: ppuconfig cannot be executed on Instant Capacity systems.
IN syslog I get error: Cannot connect to localhost:5989. Connection failed.
Software:

WBEMP-FCP B.11.23.0706.01 FC Provider - CIM/WBEM Provider for Fibre Channel HBAs
WBEMP-LAN B.11.23.0706 LAN Providers - CIM/WBEM Providers for Ethernet interfaces.
WBEMServices A.02.05.04 WBEM Services CORE Product
vmProvider A.03.00.76 WBEM Provider for Integrity VM vmProvider
swlist -l product | grep -i ppu
PPU B.11.23.08.00.01.01 Pay per use
Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Re: WBEM connection timeout
I think I know you.. anyways, did you activate ICOD before you start using it? If not, you got to activate it.

Re: WBEM connection timeout
Hello,
ICOD is running. I have another npar on the same superdome that is working and it has ICOD commented out in /etc/inittab. I have tried it with icod running and with it disabled. I have reloaded ppu and I still get the errors. I am leaving for the day. Be back Monday.
