Wget 1.9 for 11.00

To all,

Please don't laugh. I need to find out if wget 1.9 for hp-ux is still available. The other option is to explore if wget-1.10.2 will work on 11.00. Any help would be appreciated...

You can easily get the source for version
1.5.3 and up:

http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/wget.html
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/wget/

I don't immediately see any reason for a new
version not to work, but I don't have an
HP-UX as old as yours, and I normally worry
more about old VMS versions than old HP-UX
versions, so what do I know?

Of course, if you don't have a C compiler and
"make", you're in for more searching.

there is a 11.11 depot there also (they SOMETIMES work on 11.0)
