There are versions 11.20, 11.21 and 11.22 for itanium processor family
The version you have is okay to load on your workstation, provided you have enough disk space in which to do so. The latest patch bundle can be downloaded from here, if you don't order the CD. (support contract required)

11i is 11.11
Latest I have is Sep 2002 11i.
I thinks there's a Dec...
11.20 is 11i ver1.5 & it's Itanium CPU only. Same with 11.22 (11i v1.6)

11.11 CD's do have OE(Operating Environment--which contains some applications)
Eventhough they contain some applications there would be some applications missing and you would require the application CD's for the latest version of the application software and Like the OE's do not contain glance and probably you will need the application CD to load them into the server.
i would prefer going also with the latest application CD's as you would require the latest version of application software to be installed with the codeword.
The latest set is the Dec2002,Sep 2002.

11i (11.11) is the latest OS for RISC based systems. 11.20 is for Itanium systems
