What does s1 means on c4t0d4s1
Hi All,
I have presented a lun from storage with the lun address "0D" on the Ioscan output the lun is showing as /dev/dsk/c4t0d4s1
There is also another lun which is showing as /dev/dsk/c4t0d4
Another lun was added with the address "05" this is correctly showing on the ctd as /dev/dsk/c4t0d5.
Please let me know what does s1 means
isocan -func output :

/dev/dsk/c4t0d4 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d4

Before masking this device the disk visible to host was
/dev/dsk/c4t0d4 /dev/rdsk/c4t0d4
after the new device with address "0D" was added its showing as slice under above ctd
