what does that mean? about Q4

Hi,
I have a L3000 server and panic today .I ran q4 and got below log .Anyone can tell me what problem the L3000 have? Is it a CPU problem?

This is possible hardware failure. HPMC is High Priority Machine Check.

You should forward your q4 data to HP for analysis. They'll confirm the diagnosis and let you know if anything else is wrong.
