What does the C,T,D stand for in disk c0t0d0?

I am trying to find out what the C/T/D stands for in the definition of Legacy Disks /dev/dsk/c#t#d#?

C = Controller Instance

T = SCSI Target / SCSI ID

D = Disk Instance / LUN Instance
