What HP-UX bundle is required for SAS disks
Hi
We inherited rx2660 box. I need to install
HP-UX 11i v2 on it via Ignite tape.
As rx2660 uses SAS disks, I wonder what bundle
and kernel module is needed to manage SAS
disks.
How do I check it?
The reason I ask: we have Ignite tape from
older server (different model) and fear that
it might not recover OS properly if the SAS
driver is not on the tape.
Thanks,
Lim

Re: What HP-UX bundle is required for SAS disks
Hi,
check the driver with swlist -l fileset | grep RAID-01. if it doesn't exits in the source server, install depot
https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=RAID-01
and after get the ignite image again.
