What is in the ACE Workstation bundle ?

Hi,

in one of our remote sites a J5600 has crashed. HP has replaced the disk and installed HP-UX 11.0 on it. When our remote administrator installs a certain software package (CAD program), he gets this error :

__Workstation___ACE__,
** WARNING: Required operating system component was not found, please install!

WARNING: Some execution only environments are missing **!

When he continues the install, he can't launch the program. He gets this error :

/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't find path for shared library: libGLU.1
/usr/lib/dld.sl: No such file or directory

I guess that the HP guys didn't select the ACE Workstation bundle, so I want to send my remote administrator the CD which contains this software. However I can't find it.... does anyone have a clue as to what CD I should use ? A graphical library ? I have several HP-UX 11.0 CD's : recovery, support plus, core OS and application CD's.

Thanks in advance,
Jeroen.

Re: What is in the ACE Workstation bundle ?

please refer to the following web site it should explain everything ....

http://www.software.hp.com/products/ACE/index.html

But in your instance I'm pretty certain you are missing the graphics technical computing bundle which can be downloaded from here (as can ACE bundles) : http://www.software.hp.com/ER_products_list.html
