What is the unit here with 70300, MB KB GB ?

It is in bytes,

You can refer # man ipcs for more information.

I think, segment size is 4k. Each segment is 4k. So need to mutipley by 4096 to get bytes.

Is is in bytes. I just checked the size of one of my oracle database - SGA and verified trhu ipcs -mb and it seems that the SEGZ is in bytes.
