What patch (and where do I get it) do I need to fix the tztab file for the 2007 USA daylight saving time changes?
(11.11 has PHCO_34668, 11.0 has PHCO_34673).
thanks.

Solution
Hi Bob:
For 11.0 PHCO_34673
For 11.11 PHCO_34668
For 11.23 PHCO_34669
If you have a 10.20 system, simply port the '/usr/lib/tztab' file from any 11.x system to it.
Since 10.20 is out-of-support, no patches are issued. The updated 'tztab' file from an 11.x system is perfrectly appropriate, though. By not installing an official patch, however, you have no record of the patch in the Installed Products Database ('/var/adm/sw'). Thus, you have no convenient way to trace the update. Too, should you do a 'swverify' of all of your installed products, you will probably find checksum "errors" reported for for the 'tztab' file. You will just have to ignore those!
As some time before the Spring change I'd reboot to make sure all processes start with the new rules.
Regards!
