What to delete - part 2
My /var filesystem continues to fill up. Today I found a stack of files in /var/stm/logs/os that seem to be growing. Each is .5Mb in size and is named like 'log305.raw'. They seem to be created every 1 to 1.5 hours. What is generating these files and how can they be read? Like the filename implies, they seem to be raw binary. Is this something I need to worry about? Should I be concerned for the safety or integrity of my server?

Re: What to delete - part 2
Hi Don,
All of the files in the /var/stm/logs/os directory can be removed
EXCEPT for the following two files:
logN.raw.cur <---- DO NOT REMOVE THIS FILE
memlog <---- DO NOT REMOVE THIS FILE
However, if the files are removed, then information in old logs will
be lost.
Kind regards,
Robert-Jan

Re: What to delete - part 2
These files are generated by the Support Tools Manager (STM) software. This software looks at your system and verifies the integrety of it. I must admit that it does generate a lot of logs for you. I would definitely look into the software itself and read the logs to see what could be the issue. They can be read using the stm software itself.
Cooperation is doing with a smile what you have to do anyhow.
