when running the fcmsutil i am getting error AWAITING_LINK_UP

Hi,
I am getting this error as below when i run the fcmsutil /dev/td1

I ask the onsite engineer to look for the fibre cable and he says it looks ok.

Please let me know what could be the reason the card is not showing online. As this server is production.

AWAITING_LINK_UP means there is no link. There are few possibilities:
-Bad HBA
-Bad cable
-Bad switch/storage port on the other side

Have you try another cable?
Do you see the "red light" on the HBA?

Well, anyway, the link is down :
- Bad cable
- Cable not correctly attached
- Bad connectors (server card or SAN switch)

What is the SAN-switch telling you for this connection ? Are all lights on the FC-connectors green ?
