where are the "unofficial" software downloads kept?

Several years ago I was able to find copies of sed, grep and awk that allowed a much longer line length than the standard (which is 1 or 2k as I remember).
I don't remember where I got it from.
Help please!

Shalom,

Offline.

Obsolete software, software for out of support versions of HP-UX all exist on ftp sites maintained by HP.

For customers with a software contact and a good reason, they grant temporary login.
