sorry that i did not made it clear. it's stm version c.46.05 for hp-ux v11.23 year 2004.

tried the web site but it's the latest version which is the year 2005. hp-ux 11.23 i think does not come with support plus cd so where else can i get the stm?

You are right, Support Plus is not available for 11.23, I forget this sometimes. Anyway you can find contents previously provided by Support Plus (standard patch bundles, diagnostics, etc.) on HP-UX 11.23 Operating Environment Media of September 2004.
Do you have them?
