Where can I find HP-UX 10.x STK?

I need to upgrade my HP-UX from 9.x to 10.x or 11. Any body tell me where I can find 10.x STK?

Hi,

check this out for 11.x:

STK is provided free of charge on the HP-UX 11.0 Applications Release CD,
as well as at URL: http://www.software.hp.com/STK/index.html
