There is a free online hpux11 test.
Go to http://education.itresourcecenter.hp.com/
On the left menu: click on 'my education profile'.
If it is the first time, enter as a new user.
Once logged in, look for 'self-paced training (history)'.
The self-paced title you are looking for is:
HP-UX Certified IT Professional Practise Test.

At the end, it will give you the correct answers of the questions answered wrong.
