Where can I find SwAssistant?

I am upgrading from Java5.1 to Java6 and, in order to remove Java5.1, I need to remove SwAssistant. Before I remove it, I thought it would be nice to have something to replace it with.
Where can I find SwAssistant, can I download it, or is it on a CD?
