Where can I get copyutill?

I am a new sys admin with 4 9000/800 HP-UX 10.20 servers to look after. None of
these boxs have copyutill on them and I need to create boot tapes for them,It's
my understanding that copyutill useing the make_recover command is the way to
go.

Bottom line: Where can I get copyutill? I can't find it anywhere on HP's sight.
Any help is much appreceiated.

mk_recover is the way to go. Read the man page carefully. Depending on your
options and the placement of the core OS filesystems, you may end up backing up
more data than you bargained for. You will haveto install Ignite-UX first. It
is on the install CD but does not get installed by default.

Copyutil? old mainframer, huh? Join the club.

Hope this helps,

Frank,

Thanks for the help! Now all I need to do is find the CD's :)! Also, my thanks
to HP for running a great forum!

you can get ignite-UX at:

it is an awesome product - best thing since sliced bread if you ask me.

Good luck.

Go to the site in the previous post and download the latest. The CD's are
always so old.
This is one of the best utilities available. I've made silly little mistakes
during an install like sizing a LV too small. Used to be I would have to
reinstall. Now I do a make recovery and can resize, it's great. Also worked
great on an upgrade to UX 11 when /usr and /var were too small.
