Where can I get emacs?

Hi people,
We have 15 Hp9000 Systems running mostly 10.20.
Some one here wants to have emacs, and I got to install it for them. All I know is that emacs is a very handy text editor for the CU I/f.

Do the CDs that came along with the HP9000 Systems have emacs, from where I can install them? Or do, we have to download the source code, compile it?

I would like to know about the shortest possible way.
