Where can I get Quality packs for HP 11.0

The latest available bundle for 11.00 is march 2004.

So you need to search for old patch CD

This is the only bundle available at itrc..

I gone through the sites

for getting the quality packs but not able to find 2003 Qualick pack for HP 11.0

So from where I can get the old quality packs??
Though I know the quality pack name(B.11.00.60.4, QPK1100) I was not able to get the pack even by searching..
