Where do I get latest gcc for HP 11.0?

I need to compile qpopper v 4.0.5 under HP 11.0 and believe I need to have a gcc compiler.

Where do I get one and is it free?

If you want to build from source (best method IMO) why not get directly from GNU http://www.gnu.org/directory/GNU/gcc.html

Note that with 3.3.2 it is possible to bootstrap (32bit) with the non-ansi HP compiler (provided you install the latest ld patch, then, compile gnu make, and finally gas from binutils first). I did this successfully on 11i, I assume 11.0 should be ok too.
