Where to buy HP software #2

I need to purchase several B3899BA HP C/ANSI C Developer's Bundle for Workstations (LTU S700) and HP's website is telling me that I can only buy it from one single reseller in Illinois. I cant seem to contact a live person at this company to ask a specific question about the purchase / software.

Does anyone know where I am able to purchase B3899BA C/ANSI software other than the reseller in Illinois?

Do you have a VAR or vendor that you normally work with? I work with an outfit called Blue Line Services in Dallas - 877-464-2583. I'm sure they would be glad to help.

I purchased both B3899BA and ac++ from Forsythe (via the HP website). I had no problems with the purchase (fast, easy download) but ran into the same issue as you with a subsequent phone call, they were very difficult to get a hold of.

I've avoided buying online and I let my local reseller handle the purchases, they also handle tying the software into my contracts for me.

Try Pete's suggestion, or most local hardware resellers will also handle the software stuff (hoping you'll keep them in mind for the bigger stuff).

Try Daymark Solutions. They are not in Florida, but they are an HP business partner and will be able to get you want you need, and at a good price:

Shalom Jesse,

Free software can be downloaded. HP only sells software to Tier 1, large supposedly very important customers.

For the rest of us, HP refers you to a re-seller.

This is my historical understanding, not speaking from HP, quoting my experience.
