Where to find the Docs

Hi,

While going through the solutions given in the forum, i always come across reference to many docs like
"See KB document #KBRC00001982 and/or #W3618850 for corrective action"
Where exactly i can find these docs??

Thanks & Regards,

Re: Where to find the Docs

Hi Ramesh

As far as I am aware. If someone posts the docid url you will be able to access it whilst logged on. If you have a support contract you need to seek the 'owner' (from the website point of view) of the contract and link the support handle to your own id through that persons log in. This will unlock other areas on the itrc thus giving you more access to get to the knowledge tree's and software handbook etc

Re: Where to find the Docs

Hello Ramesh,

I really think that Steven gave you the answer. You need to link your ID to a support contract. I already asked ITRC to change the message which sould make people think that links are pointing nowhere or that something is wrong with you configuration. The only problem is that access to some documents is restricted to people having a support contract.

Jean-Louis.
