Where to find the Offline Diagnostics

Hello everyone,

I have been requested by an HP Field Engineer to load the Offline Diagnostics before he gets on site. Unfortantely I can only find the Online Diagnostics. Does any one know where to find the Offline Diagnostics on the install CD's or do I need to down load it?

OS - HP-UX 11.11 Version 1
