Where to get HPJconfig

Hi Team,

Does anyone know where we can get HPJconfig? We have a request to load and run this software, but I can't find where to get it.

Hey it's even FREE. I promise I won't use it in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
