Hi,
If you want a free open source proxy then SQUID
is your option. www.squid-cache.org. you have to download the source code and compile it in
HP-UX ( gcc ).

If you want priced product , you can buy netscape proxy server for HP-UX.

Hi,if you just need a web- and ftp-proxy you may configure the apache server to do proxying. It's easy to configure and is stable.
