why cannot pvmove be performed in vg with shared mode?
I know pvmove cannot be performed in vg with shared mode(cluster env), but why can not, ? can anybody please explain it to me?

Hanry,
It is mainly avoid any data corruption as the VG is shared mode. if you want to pvmove make sure you have proper backup procedure in place.

think about it.
When you issue a pvmove on one node in a cluster, how do the other nodes know it has moved? Also, there is a cluster id set on the pv, I am not certain whether that gets written to the new pv.
