Why tcp_eager_blowoff occurs?
I use HP N4000 hp-ux 11.0. When the application connect to the server, sometimes the TCP server report a RST with "tcp_eager_blowoff, can't wait ". I want to know How the RST occurs to avoid it.

Re: Why tcp_eager_blowoff occurs?
(1) You should upgrade (cold install) 11i.
(2) make sure you have all of the latest patches.
(3) if issue still occurs after 1&2 are done, then report it to HP as a bug.
