Why the tape remain auto rewind(/dev/rmt/0mn) ??

On HP-UX, Why I’m used “#make_tape_recovery –x inc_entire=rootdg –I –v –a /dev/rmt/0mn” the tape remain auto rewind ??

it just means that make_tape_recovery is issuing a rewind.
