Presumably C3000 is a workstation?
What CPU's does it use?

but, since you don't want links, I'll just paraphrase.

The C3000 workstation uses the PA8500 CPU chip which can be either 360MHz or 440MHz and will run "recent" 10.20 versions (ACE 9906 or ACE 9912).

The C3000 can run 10.20 if loaded with ACE 9912 media. It is PA-8500 archtecture.

yes it's a workstation - the C3000 base system had a 400 MHz PA-RISC 8500 chip and for 10.20
requires HPUX 10.20 ACE 4 bundle

Yes, the C3000 will be just fine with 11.0 or 11i in 64 bit mode.

Don't put on 10.20 unless you REALLY have to.

go to 11i as it will be a longer life OS than 11.0

unless you just want to make more work for yourself by updraging OS's in the future
