Special Notes:
- NAS is supported on HP 11.23 as a shared storage for RAC
- To use NAS as a shared storage for RAC, apply the PHNE_32055 patch

Shalom,
Oracle recommend's relinking after such a process.
Officially they support nothing but re-installation.
Practically speaking, relink of binaries should work. Do have time in your project plan in case something goes wrong and you need to reinstall the oracle binaries.

Re: Will Oracle 10g work when cold installation from 11.11 to 11.23 on PA RISC
Hi Jai.
Steven is correct. You should only need to relink. However as part of the installation process make sure that all the dependant patches are installed, especially the C header files, and that the memory and kernel parameters are not significantly different from the existing server you are replacing, you can tune them later, rather get the database up first.
My recommendation would be to run the Oracle installer on that server to check on the kernel parameters and patchlevels before you mount and start the database.
