Will Warnings cause fbackup to report as failed

I am running an fbackup routing as setup by SAM (actually it is a br_backup, as that is what SAM sets up) and it keeps reporting a failure message to the emails, even when I monitor it and it successfully completes.

Will Warning messages (due to stale file handles, or the like) cause fbackup to respond with a faliure message, or is something else going on?

Thanks for the help!

Re: Will Warnings cause fbackup to report as failed

Hi:

'fbackup' will give a return value of <4> if there were warnings (active files, files deleted since the start of the backup, etc.) during the backup. A recent thread noted a work-around:
