Windows 2008 server connectivity problem during installation

Hi, HP gurus
I have a big problem with the connectivity of a windows server 2008 guest created on hp-ux 11v3 and IVM 4.2
I'm installing in RTM media mode as described in chapter 5.2.1 of the "HP Integrity Virtual Machines 4.2: Installation, Configuration, and Administration" Manual, using the unattend.xml file mounted on a secondary virtual DVD,

This is the command used for the creation of the windows ivm:
hpvmcreate -P win2k8 -O windows -c 2 -r 2G -l "Windows Machine" \
-a disk:scsi::lv:/dev/vg01/rw2k8 \
-a dvd:scsi::file:/var/opt/hpvm/ISO-images/windows/en_windows_server_2008_for_itanium-based_systems_ia64_dvd_x14-25956.iso \
-a dvd:scsi::file:/var/opt/hpvm/ISO-images/windows/unattend_xml_new.iso \
-a network:lan::vswitch:vs0

In this moment i'm stuck at the point that i should be able to log into the Windows guest as Administrator using the Remote Desktop (step 14, page 76).
I can configure a static or dhcp IP address from SAC or with netsh command on cmd prompt, but it's impossible to reach the machine from a remote host.
The strange thing is that inside the windows guest cmd prompt, i can ping and open ftp connections toward other hosts without problems. I've tried to stop the firewall, delete ipv6 address, restart terminal services, etc etc, but with no luck.
This ivm can communicate only in one way!

On the same physical host there are also 3 hp-ux 11v3 guests, and all those machines work like a charm.
I've installed also a windows 2003 server, but i've got the same problem (yes, i know that with ivm 4.2, the support for 2k3 was dropped, but i'm desperate).

My question is:
Is it possible that the IVM lan driver are bugged, or i'm missing some configuration on the windows guests?
Maybe the virtual switch must be configured in a different way?
It wasn't configured by me, but by the HP tech guys during the creation of the hp-ux guests.

Here some technical info:
