Thanks, Paul. Yes, we have both dual channels providing access to the different LUNs just as you said. And, yes, I know that 5 disks are worse than 12. I got stuck in the "buy low, and then we will increase as our needs grow", then the economy dropped out.

My first impression was to buy disks to improve the situation, just looking for some reassurance!
