and please help me resolving performance issue of high %wio
what are the parameters need to tune from server

Server details :
HP-ux 11.23 OS
RP8420 14 proc with 57GB RAM
storage:xp12K
server FC cable connections : 2
Dc XP12k to DR XP12k async data transfor
Database :oracle 9i and size of database 1.6GB
application : ERP oracle
