WLM and secondary NIC

I've set up WLM on 3 vpars to move processors between these vpars when the utilization need calls for it..This part works fine. These 3 vpars have a secondary NIC configured. If any of these secondary NIC's are up when I initially start WLM, I receive the following 09/01/04 09:37:13 [E] (p19949) Cannot accept connection from untrusted peer 192.168.94.163.
09/01/04 09:37:13 [W] (p19949) Cannot accept connection from client ? (1).
Once I configure the secondary nic down, I get 09/01/04 09:38:44 [I] (p19949) Connection accepted from client rc-hp21.company.net...And everything is fine.
The second NIC has a separate IP address as well as a different DNS entry.
Has any one run into this or have a suggestion?
