Wlm Configuration file

Hi ,
1)can any one tell me what is metric and how to set metric(goal) and how to collect the data for that metric,Like how to create the datacollectors for that metric .

2) Is there any GUI method to modify the wlm configuration file like prm configuration file.
in prm there r some commands to anlyaze the usage and change the shares according that ,i want to know how to do that. In our company we r planning to migrate to wlm i know about prm can any tell me about this.

Hi Harry,

I read that docs,but i am unable to understand clearly about Metrics, and and how to set them, Generally for which parameters in am application we have to set these matrics.Other then that i am ok with WlM. If you could help me out in this ,i will be happy.
