WLM versions
Can different vPars in the same nPar be running different versions of WLM. Is this documented somewhere?

If WLM is going to be migrating cores across the vPars, then yes, all WLM versions running on the vPars have to be the same. However, if WLM is just going to be managing a single OS instance, then you can have different WLM versions in each vPar.
