Re: word processor and/or html ediors for HP10.20

For a complete documentation system have a look at Quicksilver (formerly known as Interleaf v7) at www.broadvision.com

There are also HP-UX versions of WordPerfect (www.corel.com) and Applixware available. There might be also a port of the upcoming StarOffice 6 (www.openoffice.org).

All this programs can produce html code. But for an HTML Editor you can also use Netscape Communicator (www.netscape.com), or have a look at the Softwar Porting Center.

Hope this helps. Stefan

Thank you Stefan,
for the WP info. I current use netscape and vi for a html editor
and Ive tried all the Porting Center
ones. I'm not happy with any of them.

What sort of stuff are you planning on doing? the Netscape composer is a fairly standard editor that works without you knowing html. Vi is straight text based using html. I'm not sure that you're going to find anything that is radically different from these two (at least in principle). You could try the text editor on the CDE if have a hard time working with vi. I don't know if the IE composer will work on UNIX, but you could try that as well. what don't you like about these? I use netscape myself with few problems for general formating and text and I dip into the html for complicated stuff.
