Would like to disable the toolbar on the jovw.exe on the Web browser

I would like to disable the toolbar function on the jovw.exe on NNM 6.10, The customers I have only need to see the map and drill down 1 level. The map, view and performance ect... is the ones I want to remove or gray out. Has anyone change this action or functions?
