X25 / 11i / PVC

Hi,

I want to design my application as follows :

- 1 central process dedicated to set up the PVC's and to put them back ON when they collapse
- other processes in charge of sending/receiving data with these CV

I did not found a sample which describe this in the X25 9000 standard samples (/var/x25/netdemo)

How my other proceses will be able to work with the PVC's established by the central process ?
