Solutionwildcard mistakes, blanks after the x121 number or special characters
(display functions!).
If this does not help, check the /usr/adm/X29/x29server/x29serverlog
and the matching client logfile.

Re: X25 error
The RESET RPE 1 indicates that there is a procedure error and that
the packet count is out of sequence. A close inspection of the node
indicates that the PAD has a LEVEL 3 window of 3 and the network has
a LEVEL 3 window of 2.
The RESET RPE 1 was caused by the NETWORK and the PAD having conflicting
LEVEL3 window information.

Re: X25 error
F1 241 disconnection normal
X25/9000 - x29server :
- Security violation !! Call has been refused by
x29server (see x29server.log). Your local x25 address
is not authorized in /etc/x25/x29hosts file. Check the
remote_x121 entry in pad_spt entry.
- A call has been received with reverse charge requested
(facility), x25 configuration on the receiver has
reverse_charge flag enabled but in x29hosts it's set to
disabled. Set it to "enable".
In your case I can't see a remote_x121 entry in pad_spt entry in your x29hosts ?
Configuration:
X29server is configurated in a single file (/etc/x25/x29hosts),
which is parsed once at initialization time. This file holds
a list of "pad_support" entries, each of them being an object
whose attributes are the following:
pad_spt {
interface_name (Required):
Name of the interface over which this entry shall
receive calls.
remote_x121 (Required):
Template of calling addresses allowed to access this
entry.
local_x121 (Optional):
Called address and subaddress that must be included in
the Call Request for this entry to be able to receive
the call.
pty_slave_fname (Optional):
Name of the single PTY driver that a call arriving on
this entry is allowed to use to communicate with the
user space application. The master and slave pty files
must exist and have the following format:
/dev/ptym/pty
application (Optional):
Full path of the application to be invoked when the
connection is established.
cud (Optional):
Flag (Yes/No). "Yes" means that the Call Request CUD
(except the first four bytes used for X29 protocol ID)
has to be considered as the above application argument,
or as this application itself the above "application"
attribute is empty).
logging (Optional):
Logging level (0 to 3).
reverse_charge (Optional):
Reverse charge facility for the calling address
(enable/disable).
x3 (Optional):
X.3 configuration set name for this x29server login
terminal input/output session.
If this does not help resolve all I can suggest is await a reply from a x25 guru or log a support call with HP. Sorry but at least we've learn't some more about it

Re: X25 error
Since this error deals with corrupted system files, it often pops up after an OS upgrade, such as upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. It might also pop up after you install a major Windows 10 update.
Error 0xc0000225 can also occur if your PC shuts down during an important update, from malware attacking system files, or even from faulty hardware.

Rachel Gomez
