xmanager is not opening for some users

HI Team,
Please help me, in one of the server(HPuX11iV2) i tried to login to the server through xmanager, but for some users from some PC,s i cant login to the server.
I will explain once more:
From some pCs i cant loginto the server as normal user, but i can log in as root,
Please help mee

Hi,
This is problem with user right.

Give the permission of SAM access.

Are you using disk quotas? If those users have their disk quota 100% full, they cannot open an X session.

If this is the cause, a command line session (ssh/telnet/whatever) would allow these users to log in and free up some disk space.

Or can these users log in from some other PCs using Xmanager? In that case, what exactly happens when the login fails? How far into the login process the users can go before it fails? Does the user get a login prompt? A password prompt? The CDE copyright message that comes after the password has been accepted?
