XNTPD is completely missing from 11.31 load

We have a server that is running HPUX 11.31. Not sure why, but xntpd is completely missing from the server. I need to reload the daemon but cannot find it on the Software and Porting archive for 11.31. I have looked at the V3 installation DVD's and also I am not able to locate the depot.

Any help would be appreciated.

NTP should be installed by default.

Here is a list of packages from my 11.23 machine that have to do with NTP. Look for these on your DVD and try installing:

You will need to install the HPUX-NTP product from the distribution media to get the xntpd daemon.
