Yes, the file servers 1 & 2 were identical and set to another server which does not have the files. I changed server 2 to my main server and changed some pathes in the file service table too and its OK now.
I still have some warnings like "unable to read config file" but I can start my application!

That's good, I'm glad you found it.

Make sure you remove those lines from /etc/exports that didn't help and re-run 'exportfs -av'.
