After that decompress and install it on your server it will probably add an xvfb entry in /etc/rc.config.d ...

tar -xvf
will create all the necessary entries to auto start the product run level 3.
For oracle products adjustment if values in /etc/rc.config.d/xvfb is frequently required.

Client is used to a virt display of "appname:1"
How/where do I configure that?
